Your mission

  • Operational processing of transactions and product-related payment transactions
  • Preparation and execution of capital transactions, such as capital calls and distributions
  • Coordination of cooperation with connected fund accounting providers and depositaries
  • Maintenance and optimization of internal product databases
  • Preparation of fee calculations and invoices
  • Support with the account opening process
  • NAV oversight and controlling
  • Support in the preparation of return/performance models and distribution forecasts
  • Coordination and support of annual audits in close cooperation with auditors and supervisory authorities
  • Decentralized outsourcing management
  • Internal and external reporting, including reporting to the governing bodies

Your profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, business mathematics or a comparable qualification, or vocational training in accounting/finance or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in fund administration, audit, accounting or financial reporting, ideally with a focus on real estate within an AIFM environment
  • Strong affinity for numbers combined with excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Very good command of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
  • Proactive, independent and diligent working style with a strong focus on quality
