Your mission

  • Coordination of cooperation with affiliated fund accounting departments and custodians
  • Fund controlling/NAV oversight and the implementation of product-specific projects
  • Maintenance of internal product databases
  • Operational processing of transactions and payment transactions
  • Preparation and implementation of corporate actions, such as capital calls and distributions
  • Preparation of fee statements as well as internal and external reports and continuous reporting to management
  • Support in the account opening process and communication with custodian banks
  • Carrying out valuations / reconciliation to the fair value of alternative investments

Your profile

  • Completed business studies or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in auditing or accounting in the real estate / PE sector of at least 3 years
  • High affinity for numbers, analytical skills and results orientation
  • Confident and convincing appearance as well as polite manners
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
  • Proactive, independent and accurate way of working
