Your mission

  • Central contact person for the management of the Empira Investment Foundation, responsible for the efficient and smooth management of the Foundation's secretariat
  • General support of the Swiss real estate team, also in the areas of project management and construction management in the coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects in Switzerland
  • Organization and support of internal and external meetings, including the corresponding preparation and follow-up (incl. protocol)
  • Organization and support of events and meetings (online and physical, e.g. marketing, general meetings) in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible monitoring of incoming and outgoing payments, in compliance with all contractual and official deadlines, to ensure a smooth financial flow
  • Maintenance and use of CRM, portfolio management and construction administration systems
  • Collaboration with external partners and service providers
  • Participation in ongoing reporting and project controlling
  • First point of contact for internal and external contacts

Your profile

  • Completed education in the commercial or real estate sector or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience with a real estate background
  • High affinity for real estate as well as an analytical and customer-oriented personality 
  • Experienced handling of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel 
  • Confident knowledge of written and spoken German
  • Independent, conscientious and structured way of working as well as organizational talent
  • Positive, friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as polite manners
