Your mission

  • Carrying out valuations, impairment analyses and reconciliation statements for the fair value of alternative investments
  • Analysing valuation reports
  • Preparing valuation memoranda
  • Further developing and optimising valuation methods and documentation
  • Collaborating with portfolio management in the context of investment decisions
  • Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Helping to set up, maintain and further develop internal databases

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration or business mathematics, or an equivalent qualification; vocational training in bookkeeping/accounting or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in valuation, audit, accounting or financial reporting, ideally with a focus on property within the context of an AIFM
  • A strong aptitude for numbers, as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • A confident and professional manner
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Confident command of spoken and written German and English
  • A proactive, independent and meticulous approach to work, with high standards of quality
