Your mission

  • Examination of development potential and optimization of large-volume construction projects
  • Conceptualization and implementation of real estate projects and urban developments
  • Responsibility for the coordination, optimization, management, and implementation of construction projects
  • Representation of the client vis-à-vis companies, planners, authorities, and neighboring parties
  • Management of project partners and contractors
  • Proactive decision management to harmonize the project process
  • Controlling and reporting
  • Transfer of projects to the utilization phase, marketing, and inventory

Your profile

  • Degree in construction engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
  • Many years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Very good knowledge of HOAI, AHO, VOB, and VgV, as well as good knowledge of MS Project and MS Office
  • Experience in previously implemented neighborhood developments is an advantage
  • Confident, communicative, and engaging manner
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, as well as organizational skills and resilience
  • Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
  • High level of enthusiasm and ability to work in a team
