Your mission

  • Strategic and operational responsibility for the commercial and technical property management of a high-quality residential real estate portfolio in North Rhine-Westphalia
  • Management and control of external service providers as well as technical and infrastructural facility management
  • Ensuring smooth property management operations and high service quality
  • Independent performance of complex property inspections, derivation of strategic measures for value preservation and enhancement, and coordination of maintenance, renovation, and modernization projects
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as leasing, asset management, and accounting
  • Use and further development of digital systems (ixHaus, Casavi, EverReal) to increase efficiency and digitize processes in property management

Your profile

  • Successfully completed real estate-specific education or degree 
  • Many years of solid professional experience in holistic property management with a focus on residential real estate portfolios
  • In-depth knowledge of building technology and structural engineering issues
  • Experience in dealing with German residential tenancy law 
  • Strong and confident communication skills
  • Strong commercial understanding and experience in reporting and documentation 
  • Structured, strategic thinker and assertive personality with a high degree of personal responsibility, team orientation, and implementation skills
