Your mission

  • Supporting the portfolio management function in the areas of real estate equity and real estate debt
  • Collaboration in the structuring and realisation of real estate and loan transactions as well as loan servicing
  • Implementation and optimisation of term management for loan portfolios, existing properties and project developments
  • Assuming responsibility for cash and liquidity management at asset and fund level and supporting the preparation of profitability analyses
  • Performing the interface function to internal and external investment advisors and fund managers as well as analysing outsourcing and commissions
  • Identification and evaluation of KPIs for performance measurement as well as maintenance and optimisation of internal databases
  • Preparation of internal and external reports as well as continuous reporting to management
  • Participation in and implementation of various projects

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, ideally with a focus on financing or property management
  • Professional experience in transaction, fund or investment management, preferably in the field of real estate equity or real estate debt
  • Results-orientated personality with a strong affinity for figures and good analytical skills
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel
  • Independent, solution- and team-orientated way of working
  • Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
