Your mission

  • Implementation of internal AML/KYC due diligence procedures for the acceptance of clients (investors, business and transaction partners) as well as the ongoing review of client files (including AML/KYC risk assessment, sanctions screening, adverse media checks, UBO identification, KYC review) to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing
  • Initial and ongoing review of customers
  • Maintenance and further development of the customer database
  • Organizing and executing automated KYC screening
  • Support in the implementation of existing and development of new processes
  • Interaction with customers regarding request and follow-up of documentation requirements
  • Daily processing of customer inquiries and their follow-up
  • Support in the investor onboarding process (preparation of subscription forms, coordination of register opening documents, coordination of the subscription process with the Empira Group Client Solutions team) 


Your profile

  • Successfully completed professional training or a degree in law or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing as well as the legitimization and identification of natural and legal persons from different jurisdictions
  • Sound knowledge of the legal and regulatory AML/CTF requirements in Luxembourg
  • Independent, diligent, solution- and team-oriented as well as quality- and responsibility-conscious way of working
  • Discretion in dealing with confidential information
  • Very good knowledge of office communication software (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal) in German and English (basic knowledge of French is desirable) as well as the ability to present complex issues in a way that is understandable to third parties
