Your mission

  • Various tasks in the support of current financial accounting, with a special focus on accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Responsible for account assignment and posting of incoming and outgoing payments as well as monitoring and clarification of open items and differences
  • Independent preparation of invoices, with responsibility for meeting deadlines and time limits
  • Responsible for carrying out the dunning process to ensure a smooth financial flow
  • Active participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Accompanying and supporting audits and reviews in order to gain varied insights into audit processes
  • Participation in and implementation of interesting and varied projects that further develop financial management and promote innovation

Your profile

  • Completed commercial education, preferably with a trust company, or a similar qualification
  • First professional experience in a similar position or as an accounts receivable/payable accountant, ideally experience in real estate accounting, fund accounting 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
  • Numerate and conscientious personality as well as real estate know-how and digital affinity
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel 
  • Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
