Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für das ganzheitliche Bewertungsmanagement von Immobilien, einschließlich Marktanalyse, Wertermittlung und Erstellung fundierter Gutachten
  • Immobilienwirtschaftliche Prüfung von Objekten zur Finanzierung von wohnwirtschaftlichen und gewerblichen Immobilieninvestments
  • Einschätzung von Chancen und Risiken für Immobilien und -portfolios aller Asset Klassen
  • Plausibilisierung von Rentabilitäts- und Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen sowie Markt-, Standort, Machbarkeits- und Objektanalysen
  • Prüfung von Immobilienwertgutachten und Steuerung externer Wertgutachter
  • Entwicklung von Nutzungskonzepten und Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Erstellung von Berichten und Entscheidungsvorlagen 
  • Analyse, Controlling und Dokumentation von komplexen Quartiers- und Projektentwicklungen
  • Fondseitige Beratungsdienstleistungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Finanzwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit immobilienspezifischem Schwerpunkt
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Bewertung, Transaktionen oder Finanzierung
  • Fundierte theoretische Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Anwendung der gängigen nationalen und internationalen Bewertungsverfahren, insbesondere gemäß ImmoWertV (Ertragswert-, Sachwert- und Vergleichswertverfahren) sowie im Residualwertverfahren und internationalen DCF-Verfahren
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität; sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel (z. B. Finanzmodelle, Cashflow-Analysen)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit hoher Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Hohe Integrität, Verlässlichkeit und Flexibilität sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikation- und Teamfähigkeit 
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über eine anerkannte Zertifizierung, z. B. nach RICS oder DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 (z.B. HypZert)
