Your mission

  • Preparing location analyses, taking into account relevant market and location factors
  • Independently or assistently evaluating real estate projects and existing properties, including profitability calculations, risk analyses, and cash flow models
  • Conducting regular market and competition analyses to identify trends, identify new investment opportunities, and develop strategic recommendations for action
  • Participation in due diligence reviews in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
  • Maintenance and expansion of the internal research data pool, including the preparation of relevant key figures, benchmarks, and decision-making bases
  • Preparing decision-making bases and presentations in the context of transactions
  • Actively collaborating with the external broker network, including management and communication in the context of sourcing activities


Your profile

  • In-depth knowledge of market analysis and real estate valuation
  • Experience in due diligence
  • Completed degree in architecture with a master's in real estate (e.g., HSLU, CUREM, or comparable) or
  • completed degree in law or economics with a master's in real estate
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in real estate or investment
  • Strong analytical skills, structured approach to work, and a high degree of initiative
