Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Vorbereitung, Betreuung und Überwachung der Hochbaumaßnahmen anspruchsvoller Bauausführungen
  • Sicherstellung von Effizienz und Qualität durch kontinuierliche Optimierung von Terminplänen, Kostenstrukturen und Qualitätskontrollen
  • Erstellung und Überprüfung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Massenermittlungen und Abrechnungen zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Bauabwicklung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen für eine reibungslose Projektkoordination
  • Lösungsorientiertes Handeln bei Herausforderungen im Bauablauf
  • Durchführung von Abnahmen zur Gewährleistung höchster Qualitätsstandards
  • Nachverfolgung und -verhandlung bei Mängel- und Gewährleistungsansprüchen 

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • gute Kenntnisse in der Rechtsverordnung HOAI, im Bauvertragsrecht VOB sowie MS Office
  • sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
  • Durchsetzungs- und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • hohes technisches Verständnis und Kenntnisse von Normen und Ausführungen
