Your mission
- Involvement in and coordination of the planning, preparation, supervision and monitoring of complex building construction projects
- Organisation and coordination of construction projects
- Schedule and cost management
- Involvement in contract management, amendments and reporting
- Tendering and awarding of contracts
- Handling of claims for defects and warranty claims
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
- Several years’ professional experience
- Good knowledge of VOB and HOAI, as well as proficiency in MS Office
- A confident and professional manner, combined with an independent and structured approach to work
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Assertiveness and strong teamwork skills
- A high level of technical understanding, as well as knowledge of standards and construction methods
