Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung von vielseitigen Verwaltungsobjekten der Eigen- und Fremdverwaltung
  • Kontierung und Buchung von Rechnungen und Miet-/Kautionseingängen sowie Überwachung und Klärung offener Posten und Differenzen
  • Selbstständige Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Erfassung und Prüfung mietvertraglicher Regelungen sowie Analyse der Umlagefähigkeit einzelner Posten in enger Abstimmung mit dem Property Management
  • Verantwortung für das Mahnwesen 
  • Übernahme der Kommunikation mit Mietern, Eigentümern, Ämtern, Behörden sowie Dienstleistern und Banken 
  • Anlage und Pflege von Stammdaten sowie Verwaltung der Mietkautionskonten
  • Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen und Terminen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium 
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position oder als Debitoren-/Kreditorenbuchhalter, idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Mietenbuchhaltung
  • Zahlenaffine und gewissenhafte Persönlichkeit sowie Immobilien-Knowhow und Digital-Affinität, Erfahrung mit ix-Haus erwünscht 
  • Unternehmerische Denk- und proaktive Handlungsweise
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des MS Office Pakets, insbesondere MS Excel 
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
