Your mission

  • Full responsibility for the entire letting process in the initial and/or subsequent letting of larger residential complexes
  • Ongoing analysis of the (sub)markets served and the competitive situation
  • Further development of existing letting structures and processes
  • Preparation and evaluation of reports and analyses as well as derivation of alternative courses of action
  • Preparation of attractive apartment advertisements from an impressive portfolio
  • Independent processing of rental inquiries including on-site viewings 
  • Review and selection of suitable prospective tenants and preparation and drafting of rental agreements 
  • Management of master data before and after contract conclusion and termination management 
  • Checking deposits received in collaboration with the rental accounting department

Your profile

  • Degree or training in the commercial or real estate sector or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the letting of residential properties or in the real estate industry, ideally experience in the letting of new-build properties
  • High level of social and intercultural competence and enthusiasm 
  • Outgoing personality paired with a competent and self-assured manner as well as strong and confident communication skills, ideally also in English
  • Strong knowledge of the Berlin rental market and its special features 
  • Independent and proactive way of working  
  • High affinity for the use of digital tools and technologies as well as confident and experienced use of ix-Haus and EverReal desirable 
  • Team-oriented and welcoming personality with a sales-oriented mindset and a high willingness to travel (nationally and internationally)
