Your mission

  • Contributing to the portfolio management function in the areas of real estate equity and real estate debt
  • Supporting the transaction and maturity management of loan portfolios, existing properties and project developments
  • Contributing to cash and liquidity management at fund level, as well as to the preparation of profitability analyses
  • Identifying and analysing relevant KPIs for performance measurement, as well as maintaining and further developing internal databases
  • Preparing internal and external reports and analyses
  • Contributing to the execution and implementation of cross-functional projects

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in business administration or applied mathematics, an apprenticeship in bookkeeping/accounting, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial practical experience in fund administration, audit, accounting or financial reporting, for example through work placements, part-time student roles or early career experience; ideally with a focus on property or alternative investment funds
  • Basic knowledge of processes relating to alternative investment funds and fund administration, as well as an interest in developing this further
  • A strong aptitude for numbers, as well as good analytical, conceptual and organisational skills
  • A professional manner, good communication skills and an enjoyment of working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Confident command of both spoken and written German and English
  • A proactive, independent and meticulous approach to work, as well as a strong commitment to quality and a sense of responsibility
