Your mission

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to LUX GAAP/HGB for our companies in Luxembourg and Germany
  • Management of inter-company and inter-country projects and project teams
  • Managing the general ledger accounts and posting business transactions independently
  • Plausibility check and booking of accruals
  • Timely submission of tax returns and other tax-relevant reports
  • Preparation of periodic reconciliation of balances and advance sales tax returns
  • Accompanying audits of financial statements and being the contact person for external auditors and tax consultants
  • Participation in the clarification of accounting and tax-related questions and issues

Your profile

  • Degree in tax law or business economics, ideally advanced training in the field of financial accounting or similar qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferable in financial accounting
  • Highly affinity for numbers, ability to analyze and result orientation
  • Entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • Profound knowledge of the MS Office, especially MS Excel as well as good DATEV and SAGE user skills
  • Very good knowledge of the German and English language, both spoken and written
  • Independent, structured as well as result-oriented working style
