Your mission

  • Independent support of the ongoing financial accounting of our real estate companies and holdings
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and Lux-GAAP
  • Timely preparation and submission of VAT statements
  • Contact person for internal and external stakeholders for the companies you manage
  • Preparation of the annual tax documents for the tax consultants
  • Support in the optimization of financial processes and systems
  • Participation in varied and exciting projects in the area of finance, where you can contribute your ideas and expertise

Your profile

  • Completed basic commercial training with at least 2 years of professional experience; further training, e.g. as an accounting clerk, is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of common accounting software such as Abacus, Sage or Business Central
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and the ability to keep track of a wide range of tasks
  • Strong understanding of numbers and quick grasp of interrelationships
  • Conscientious, structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Fluency in written and spoken German (C2) and knowledge of English at B2 level
