Your mission

  • Independent support of the ongoing financial accounting of the operating German companies (incl. payment transactions and travel expenses in accordance with HGB)
  • Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
  • Timely preparation and submission of advance VAT returns
  • First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparation of internal and external customer invoices
  • Support in the optimization of financial processes and systems
  • Participation in varied and exciting projects in the area of finance, where you can contribute your ideas and expertise


Your profile

  • Completed business studies or commercial training with at least 3 years of professional experience, further training as a certified accountant (IHK) is desirable
  • Knowledge of German wage tax law is mandatory
  • Accounting security according to HGB
  • Good knowledge of common accounting software such as DATEV or Business Central
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment and the ability to keep track of a wide range of tasks and topics
  • Very good understanding of numbers and quick grasp of interrelationships 
  • Conscientious, structured and results-oriented way of working
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
  • Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
  • Fluency in written and spoken German (C2) and knowledge of English at B2 level
