Your mission

  • Performing data analyses and summarizing financially relevant data from various departments (i.e., target/actual comparisons, KPIs, etc.)
  • Creating and further developing code-based reports and BI dashboards with a quantitative focus for various stakeholders
  • Supporting the maintenance, validation, and documentation of databases, data pipelines, and software interfaces 
  • Improving data quality using appropriate tools, further developing existing collection methods, and visualizing the results
  • Automating and optimizing data processes and assisting with the rollout of new data solutions
  • Performing backtests on raw data to analyze and evaluate investment, fund, and company data
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as coordinating data access or reporting requests and preparing presentation content

Your profile

  • Completed degree in data science, business informatics, computer science, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in a data-driven environment is an advantage
  • Solid knowledge of R, Python, SQL, and Excel
  • Basic knowledge of quantitative financial analysis and data interpretation in an investment context
  • Strong affinity for numbers, analytical skills, results-oriented approach, and willingness to learn
  • Confident written and spoken German, ideally good English skills
  • Independent, self-reliant approach to working in a team
