Your mission
- Support in the formation of investment funds and their special purpose vehicles
- Preparing and/or reviewing circular resolutions, shareholders' meetings, articles of association or powers of attorney and issue documents
- preparation, implementation and recording of minutes of general meetings, board meetings, management meetings and other committee meetings
- Handling daily correspondence and updating and maintaining company files (master data, organizational charts, etc.)
- Work closely with internal departments, notaries and legal advisors
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience as a paralegal or corporate secretary or in the field of domiciliation of companies
- Legal and/or business studies or equivalent qualification
- Very good knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- Strong teamwork and communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Solution-oriented, independent, autonomous and precise way of working
- Reliability and willingness to take on responsibility
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office package
- Fluency in German and English
