Your mission

  • First point of contact for internal and external contacts
  • Independent coordination and completion of office organization tasks
  • Answering and processing telephone calls, emails and post
  • Coordinating and organizing appointments (telephone and video conferences, internal and external meetings, functions and events, etc.) and hosting guests at meetings
  • Preparation of documents for meetings and presentations
  • Supporting the management and employees on site with administrative tasks
  • Travel planning, booking and invoicing
  • Assumption of individual, subject-related tasks after training


Your profile

  • Completed education, preferably in the commercial sector, the real estate industry or in the hotel industry 
  • Professional experience as a team or office assistant is an advantage
  • Positive, friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as polite manners
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and customer orientation
  • Confident knowledge of German and basic knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Good user knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Resilient, conscientious and team-oriented personality as well as organizational talent
