Your mission

  • Active participation in the management of fund products in terms of holistic performance as well as an economic and sustainable investment strategy
  • Supporting future-oriented, process-based investment decisions, taking into account debt investment targets
  • Supporting the Investment Management division to optimize returns, risk and liquidity
  • Helping to shape portfolio management and constantly analyzing and monitoring risk and performance, including through active DD involvement
  • Preparation and regular reporting of a reporting system as well as KPIs and internal/external stakeholder management
  • Participation in communication with institutional investors in relation to the fund products

Your profile

  • Degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, finance or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in a comparable or similar position
  • Knowledge of fund structures is an advantage
  • Ideally initial transaction experience in the real estate or loan sector
  • Strong affinity for numbers and outstanding analytical skills
  • Understanding and analytical knowledge of the underlying (real estate and projects)
  • Confident and communicative manner combined with exceptional coordination and management skills and a sense of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular MS Excel
  • Goal-oriented and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
  • Accurate and clean work even under high time pressure
  • Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
