Topping out ceremony in Berlin MyTegel!

Another milestone has been reached: The "MyTegel" residential development in Berlin is taking shape. 

Another milestone has been reached: The "MyTegel" residential development in Berlin is taking shape. To mark the completion of the construction work, we held the traditional topping-out ceremony.

On a total area of 14,194 m², Empira will realize 200 residential units by the second quarter of 2024. The new development will meet high sustainability standards: it will be built to KfW-55 EE standard and will be LEED Gold and Wired Score certified.

We were delighted to celebrate this milestone with all those involved in the project.
