Transition-to-Green is built around a clear investment opportunity: transforming existing residential properties in Germany through targeted modernisation, active asset management and measurable improvements in energy performance.

The strong support from our investors underscores the growing institutional focus on strategies that combine value creation with the energy-efficient transformation of existing building stock.

With deployment already well advanced, the successful first vintage marks an important step in scaling the platform. We are now building on this momentum with Transition-to-Green II, applying the same core investment philosophy at a larger scale.
