Project Update: Die Welle Köln

We are excited to announce that the construction of Die Welle Köln is progressing steadily! Phase 1 has recently reached the 5th floor of a total of 7 floors.

Key Milestones in 2024:

▶️ Summer: Planned completion of the shell structure. This marks a significant advancement and brings us a major step closer to realizing this impressive construction project.

▶️ Late Summer: Celebratory topping-out ceremony. A special moment that acknowledges the completion of the structural work and initiates the next phase of interior construction.

The Die Welle Köln project covers an impressive 90,500 m², where 750 modern apartments, various commercial units, and a daycare center will be developed. All buildings are being constructed to the highest ESG standards in accordance with SFDR Article 9, highlighting the sustainability and future viability of this project.

Die Welle Köln stands for sustainable, innovative, and community-oriented construction. It is a project that not only creates new living spaces but also makes a positive contribution to urban development and the community.
