Empira Group expands its “Empira Residential Invest US” fund’s portfolio: Acquisition of a further development site for Multifamily High-Rise in Miami Brickell!
Empira Group is excited to announce the acquisition of a new development site in Miami's Brickell area, marking our second investment in downtown Miami. “With this acquisition, we reaffirm our commitment to investing in Miami’s booming residential real estate market, which is set to see tremendous growth over the coming decades,” said Lahcen Knapp, Empira’s Chairman.
The U.S. has one of the most significant housing shortages among developed countries. Our experience and financial strength can bring new housing to markets that need it most. The development site is strategically located near Brickell's Financial District, the "Wall Street of the South," with many tech, finance and law firms expanding their presence there.
Designed by Corwil Architects Inc, the 26-story tower will feature 310 apartments, 2,500 square feet of retail space, a variety of amenities and 380 parking spaces. Construction is set to begin in Q1 2024, with completion slated for 2026. The high rise aims to achieve a LEED certification, underscoring our commitment to sustainability and ESG.
