Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung anspruchsvoller Umbau- und Sanierungsprojekte über alle Leistungsphasen hinweg
  • Koordination externer Fachplaner, Architekten, Gutachter und Bauunternehmen mit Ausrichtung auf Nachhaltige, Energetische Neuausrichtung der Assets
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Projekt-, Termin- und Kostenplänen
  • Durchführung von Ausschreibungen, Vergaben und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Technische Due Diligence bei Ankaufs- und Bestandsimmobilien
  • Entwicklung wirtschaftlich tragfähiger Repositionierungs- und Refurbishmentstrategien
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Asset Management, Property Management und Investment Management
  • Abstimmung mit Behörden, Mietern und Dienstleistern sowie Reporting an Geschäftsführung und Investoren

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur, Technische Gebäudeausrüstung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer Umbau- und Großsanierungsprojekte
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (VOB), HOAI sowie relevanten technischen Normen
  • Erfahrung im Kosten- und Projektcontrolling
  • Verhandlungssicherheit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Entscheidungsstärke und unternehmerischem Denken
