My Tegel Berlin: Apartment Handover Successfully Completed

We are pleased to announce that the handover of the residential sections WA1 and WA2 of our flagship project, "My Tegel," in collaboration with our building partner Ed. Züblin AG, North-East Division, has been successfully completed on schedule and within budget. The TÜV and the District Office/Building Supervision have confirmed the readiness for handover in previous inspections.

#ESG Highlights of Our Project:

Environmentally Friendly: The energy supply is secured by 60% heat pumps and 40% combined heat and power units/gas boilers, supplemented with biomethane. Additionally, photovoltaic modules are installed on all roofs. Our project meets the KfW 55 EE standard, representing high energy efficiency.

Socially Committed: We provide 33 subsidized apartments to promote social diversity and accessibility. Furthermore, we have created livable outdoor areas including playgrounds, a neighborhood square, and a daycare center with 76 spots over 720 m².

Governance: There is strict adherence to schedules and budget frameworks, with high-quality standards confirmed by TÜV and district authorities.

The development includes 199 housing units, 50% of which are barrier-free and 17 of which are furnished, offering high-quality living spaces. The apartments are equipped with fitted kitchens that include Bosch appliances, electric sun protection systems, and smart metering technologies. Each unit features a loggia or terrace to enhance well-being.

The initial occupancy is planned for June 1, 2024, with nearly 40 apartments already rented or reserved. We are working diligently to complete the exterior facilities by the end of July.
