THE SOURCE is undergoing a remarkable transformation, evolving into a vibrant and sustainable neighborhood that offers a diverse range of uses. Spanning an impressive 80,000 square meters, this walkable space will feature a multitude of amenities, including office units, fitness areas, conference rooms, retail outlets, food establishments, and even a daycare center. With pre-certifications from renowned labels such as LEED, WELL, WiredScore, and a comprehensive mobility concept (Mobility Forward), "The Source" is committed to sustainability and future viability. Through innovative practices, we have saved nearly 35,000 tons of concrete from demolition, equivalent to approximately 400 Bavaria statues at Theresienwiese. Embracing sustainability further, our plans include green, walkable roofs, over 3,000 m² of photovoltaic surfaces, utilization of groundwater for cooling and heating, and the addition of 50+ new trees to enhance the city's climate. As a fun fact, the CO2 savings achieved at THE SOURCE are equivalent to over 220 airplane trips around the world!
