The project integrates various socio-cultural measures to promote community engagement and well-being. It includes community roof terraces, playgrounds, and public green spaces. Sustainable transportation options are provided through a mobility center with bike repair facilities. Car sharing providers have access to underground parking spaces. Renewable resources are utilized, including wood façade construction for noise reduction. Climate adaptation measures such as roof and facade greening and rainwater retention are incorporated. Sun protection is installed, and public green spaces are integrated into the design. Groundwater heat pumps and photovoltaic systems contribute to sustainable energy generation. A daycare center for 74 children is included, and subsidized housing units ensure affordable living options. In addition, 568 bicycle spots are provided.
