The two undeveloped plots, currently used for agricultural purposes, are subject to a building ban according to ยง8(1) of the Vienna Building Code. In collaboration with the partner, adjacent property owners, and the urban planning department, efforts are underway to achieve updated construction planning for the properties and the area. Based on realistic dedication assumptions, a future usable area of approximately 16,705 sqm can be created on these properties. About 6,740 sqm of this area will be allocated for privately financed development, while an additional 9,965 sqm is planned for subsidized construction.
