Your mission

  • Identification and calculation of maintenance and modernization needs as well as further development potentials in compliance with technical and legal regulations and standards
  • Inspection, evaluation and analysis of real estate
  • Responsibility for the implementation and coordination of refurbishment and tenant improvement measures
  • Preparation of action plans, budget planning and cost control as well as ensuring the cost, schedule and quality specifications to meet the project objectives
  • Carrying out technical purchase inspections
  • Execution and supervision of all HOAI service phases
  • Monitoring of warranty cases, identification and documentation of causes
  • Control and monitoring of external service providers and subcontractors
  • Central and advisory interface management for the project managers
  • Participation in construction meetings
  • Ongoing project documentation for reporting
  • Professional representation and contact person of the company towards partners

Your profile

  • Appropriate professional experience in the realization of challenging projects with a focus on the area of real estate portfolio management
  • Relevant professional training or qualification, ideally a degree (technical) in architecture or civil engineering 
  • Good knowledge of the HOAI and the VOB
  • Strong personality and assertiveness combined with entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and acting
  • High level of commitment and willingness to travel, communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office
