Your mission

  • Close and responsible support for complex (commercial) real estate financing and assessment of property and company risks
  • Support in the restructuring and processing of commercial real estate financing or corporate financing with value optimization
  • Support in enforcement and insolvency law proceedings in German-speaking countries as well as enforcement, including unsecured financing
  • Development and implementation of optimization and liquidation strategies
  • Conducting and participating in negotiations with borrowers, lawyers, insolvency/foreclosure administrators and other external service providers
  • Assisting with the preparation, (creditworthiness) analysis and presentation of credit decisions
  • Transferring information to management tools and preparing regular reports including liquidity and risk reports

Your profile

  • Successfully completed banking or commercial training as well as a degree in business administration or law
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position in the lending business, in particular in problem loan processing of complex real estate financing
  • Knowledge of insolvency law and standard financing collateral desirable
  • Communicative and assertive manner
  • Ability to analyze, quick comprehension and a high degree of risk awareness
  • Structured, independent and committed way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German (and ideally English) language skills
  • Confident knowledge of MS Office applications
