Your mission

  • Supporting local project development and management in the coordination and monitoring of ongoing projects
  • Organizing and supporting internal and external meetings, including the corresponding preparation and follow-up tasks
  • Creating and coordinating protocols, presentations and templates for project meetings and appointments
  • Collaboration with external partners and service partners
  • Participation in ongoing reporting and project controlling
  • Independently coordinating and completing office organization tasks
  • First point of contact for internal and external contacts

Your profile

  • Completed training in the commercial or real estate sector or a comparable qualification
  • First professional experience in project management or in a comparable position with a real estate background
  • High affinity for real estate as well as an analytical and customer-oriented personality
  • Experienced use of the MS Office package, in particular MS Excel and initial knowledge of HOAI and AHO
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Self-reliant, conscientious and structured way of working as well as organizational talent
  • Positive, friendly and well-groomed appearance as well as polite manners
