Your mission

  • Supporting ongoing financial accounting, in particular creditor and debtor accounting
  • Accounting of incoming and outgoing payments as well as monitoring and clarifying open positions and differences
  • Independent preparation of invoices as well as monitoring and ensuring that deadlines and dates are adhered to
  • Responsibility for the dunning process
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Accompanying the audits of financial statements / revisions
  • Participation in and implementation of exciting financial projects

Your profile

  • Completed training in business administration, preferably with a trust company, or a similar qualification
  • First professional experience in a comparable position or as an accountant for debtors/creditors, ideally experience in real estate accounting, fund accounting 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach
  • Numerate and conscientious personality as well as real estate know-how and digital affinity
  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, especially MS Excel 
  • Independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
